We have open enrollment, you can start at any time.
Often people attend this initial program to have a taste of the Diploma in Consciousness and then make a decision about participation.
First Residential Seminar – 4 days Orientation to NEITC Personal Transformation and Self-directed learning Overview of the program and outline of core themes At the end of the residency, there is a mutual decision between the participant and NEITC regarding acceptance into the program.
Self-directed study, witnessing day to day and moment to moment experience, courses, reading, meditation/inner work and internships in the areas of your interest, with consultation and resource assistance. Using the mentor report outline. Progress reports to your mentor three times a semester.
Second Residential Seminar – 4 days Personal transformation and NEITC basic skills and understandings. Each residency is unique and builds on the previous one including feedback and suggestions of the participants and mentors.
Residential Seminars continue three times a year for the two year Diploma and the three to four year Advanced Diploma. Each builds on the previous seminars and participants’ interests.
Graduation Celebration – 3 days When all requirements are fulfilled. Presentation of Consciousness Projects.

Degree Requirements
Diploma in Consciousness 2 years
To apply: Commitment to your own transformation. Usually some background in personal growth, meditation. Ability to be a self-directed learner with the support of a mentor and resource people. Basic computer skills.
Diploma requirements: Attend three 4-day residencies a year. Participate actively in residencies. Commit to regular time to write about awareness, insights, readings, internships, inner growth methods, and meditation. Write a report each month to your mentor; an outline is provided. By the end of the first year begin to develop your Consciousness Project . Complete your Consciousness Project by the agreed upon time. There is an additional fee of $200 a month if you are over the deadline.

Advanced Diploma in Consciousness 2 - 4 years
To apply: The Advanced Diploma is for people who have a background in personal growth workshops, body work, energy release work, and some degree of meditation. It is an opportunity to continue to deepen your process, your clarity, your humor, your effectiveness, your communication, your commitment to your original purpose for being here. Ability to be a self-directed learner with the support of a mentor and resource people. Basic computer skills.
Advanced Diploma requirements: Deep commitment to your evolution. Attend three 4-day residencies a year. Participate actively in residencies, lead some sessions. Commit to regular time to write about awareness, insights, readings, internships, inner growth methods and active and silent meditations Write a report each month to your mentor; an outline is provided. By the end of the second year have a structure for your Consciousness Project. Complete your Consciousness Project at the agreed upon time. There is an additional fee of $200 a month if you are over the deadline.

The NEITC Residencies
The residencies are relaxed, engaging, full of new experiences and insights, informative, transformative, supportive, and just plain fun. They all include the areas of personal transformation, life long learning, communications, evolving consciousness and a variety of other topics.
The First Residency
The first residency is open to people who would like a taste of the program and for those who are ready to begin. People can attend for the weekend or the full 4-day residency. The days include getting to know each person's interests, an overview of the program and how it evolves.
Consciousness and Personal Transformation: Understanding the process of Human Development. Methods to support our core, essence, natural being with emphasis on relaxation, awareness and non-judgementalness. Methods to clear the internal clutter including Osho active meditations, breath and sound work, body work, journaling and authentic communication. Experiencing relating from the ego and the inner being.

Self-directed Learning: Skills of a self-directed learner. Understanding your "Personal Thinking Pattern", Dawna Markova, Ph.D. Knowing your best methods for learning. Drawing upon your own inner intelligence. How to work with the NEITC report outline.

Subsequent Residencies
Each residency builds on the previous ones. We continue to work with the themes of the program in a deeper way. We tackle new skill areas. We build on what people are including in the mentor reports. We use the written feedback from the residencies. We clarify what methods participants are exploring and what internships they are developing. We make choices together about how to spend our time. It is an evolutionary, collaborative, and individualized process.
