Subsequent Residencies

Each residency builds on the previous ones. We continue to work with the themes of the program in a deeper way. We tackle new skill areas. We build on what people are including in the mentor reports. We use the written feedback from the residencies. We clarify what methods participants are exploring and what internships they are developing. We make choices together about how to spend our time. It is an evolutionary, collaborative, and individualized process.
