Evolving Potential

As human beings we become deeply influenced by the culture around us and this leads to our only using a small percent of our vast potential. The NEITC programs diploma is devoted to our uncovering our deeper resources so that we may bring them to our life and work.

Some shifts that happen in the NEITC program have been described as follows:

 

Head                           to head, heart and Hara

Western understandings          to integration of the best of the East and West

Left brain                         to integration of left and right brain

Duality                           to beyond or below duality

Known                            to the unknown

Outer focus                         to a balance of inner and outer attention

Control                        to preparing and then trusting

Stress                           to deeeeep relaxation, peacefulness

Judgement                           to acceptance of self and existence

Being identified                  to being a witness of life

Mind                           to mental stillness when the mind is not needed

Responsibility                          to response-ability

Emphasis on male or female         to integration of the deeper male and female

Past and future orientation                 to being in the present moment

Blaming and projecting                  to personal responsibility

Assuming that emotions are caused    to knowing they are restimulated feelings

Outer knowledge                          to inner knowing

Efficiency                             to effectiveness, enjoyment

Repression                       to expression,  to just witnessing

Doing                               to being and emerging action

Various forms of co-dependency          to true interdependence

Routine                           to RISK, newness

Reaction                        to reflection and responsiveness

Superficiality                             to integrity, depth

Assuming many human limitations          to seeing limitless potential

Looking for answers outside             to looking inside

Adding knowledge   to letting go of non-relevant beliefs and habits

Fitting in                           to finding one’s true uniqueness

Assuming root causes are in the system   to knowing that they are in our minds

Feeling powerless                    to knowing that you can transform
